In my last post i talked about my younger brother and how he had just started working out and decided to take size and strength supplement "mass tabs".
A lot of you may think the size difference i mentioned was a little exaggerated so i thought i would provide a before and after photo of the results. Remember, these results are not just simply off of swallowing a few pills. He was on a 5 meal a day diet along with whey protein and heavy on peanut butter.
