Ok, so we all know acne is a huge enemy when
- taking supplements
- sharing gym equipment
- working out
For example: Some guys laying on the bench doing his sets wearing a small tank top and sweating profusely, you come use the same bench in your tank top a bit later and the bench has not been whiped down as it should have been, after days or even weeks of this, your shoulders or back start breaking out. NOT GOOD! This is how acne haunts a lot of body builders, weight lifters, or just people who workout in general. Now we all know there is no cure for acne, but there is most definately a way to control and maintain good skin.
