How to gain weight
Did i mention i used to weigh about 120 pounds?. Well now i am about 170 and i am going to tell you how i did it.

1. Eating
Eating is the most important step when trying to gain weight. The goal is to eat more calories then you are burning, now that does not mean eat all the garbage you find. Plan out your meals, try to eat foods that will help gain lean muscle mass and stay away from fats, keep them to a minimum , you especially want to avoid trans fats. I would suggest eating about 6 meals a day. A nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner will help but mainly try to consume food every 3 hours.
You want to stick to high protein foods like chicken, low fat milk, steak, cheese, peanut butter, and egg whites. You can include those types of foods into your breakfast, lunch , and dinner. A sample of a good snack to include would be a tall glass of low fat milk, a piece of fruit, and maybe some assorted nuts. Or maybe a tall glass of low fat milk with 1 or 2 peanut butter sandwiches. This worked for me.
2. Weight lifting
Now, we know eating is the most important step in gaining weight but it is not the only step. Weight lifting is also important when gaining size and weight. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. When gaining weight, i suggest lifting about 3 or 4 times a week. On these days you must lift hard, and on your days off you must rest to recover. We actually grow while we rest so resting is very important when gaining. I recommend doing big exercises such as squats, dead lifts, bench press, chin ups, etc. Focus on shocking your system and stimulate your body into growth. Try to add a little weight every workout to help increase strength. Ultimately being stronger will help with your gains.
3. Supplements
No, we do not NEED supplements to grow but i would definitely recommend taking some when trying to gain weight. I would say take 2 types of supplements.
1. Weight gain shake

The weight gain shake will help with your calorie intake. Sometimes its hard to consume more calories then you are burning.
The nitric oxide will assist in storing the nutrients that you are consuming. This is a major boost when you are eating good.

hey man i have heard good things about the black powder. i have taken superpump 250 in the past but i want to try something different. also other than the cytogainer what else would you suggest as a good protein mix with alot of calories. i am almost 6'7'' and about 190. i really want to get to at least 210 by the end of the summer. if you got any tips please let me know.
