So what would you recommend for a 3 day workout for someone who wants to gain size, and for someone who wants to become lean.

Is cardio included as well or not, or is cardio ok on off days in strength training.

And depending on all the workouts on a single day, how long should a person be spending in the gym, considering the break time between each rep, what would you recommend for the break time.

I would recommend the "beginners routine" that i posted a couple days ago. Do not be fooled by the name, its is a great workout for anyone from beginner to advanced but i highly recommend it for a 3 day routine. This is a mass building routine that you can perform with a proper diet to build muscle and cut fat at the same time.

Cardio is optional. I personally dont feel like cardio is necessary to burn fat until your at about 10 percent in body fat. On another note, it doesnt hurt to speed up the process.

About 45 minutes to 1 hours is more than enough, i recommend starting with 30 seconds rest and slowly decreasing to about 15 between sets.

OK, so i just checked the workout, question then is, what does superset mean?

And is there another workout to replace the rows for the back? At the moment the wrist is in a little pain, but ive been cleared to workout, but i only feel pain when i do rows and no other workout. Do rows help growth more than pullups?

Superset basically means that you combine the two workouts into one set. For example, perform your dips, then immediately following you perform your pull ups and that equals one set.

As for replacing the rows, i would suggest something like lat pull downs or even some chin ups. The bent over row is a little more effective than the pull up because it also targets the lower back.
