Over 20 Home Dumbbell Exercises - No gym? No problem!


Ok so let’s be honest, not everyone has the time and/or the money to become a member at a local gym. There are even cases where time and money are not an issue, but some of us may be too embarrassed to workout in front of others. All these scenarios are completely normal and understandable; this is why I created this “20 home dumbbell exercises” post. So basically if you have been privileged enough to have come across this article, you no longer have excuses for not getting in better/healthier shape (with the exception of disabilities”).
No More Excuses
Whether or not you are able to visit the gym regularly, dumbbell exercises are extremely beneficial. Please do not automatically assume that because you have a membership at a gym, these workouts aren’t for you. To the contrary, free weight and dumbbell exercises are much more beneficial than the big expensive machines you may be using now. Here are a few dumbbell exercises you can do from home and/or the gym.
Dumbbell Exercises for the Arms:
-Biceps
Bicep curls
Hammer curls
Concentration curls
-Triceps
Tricep Kickbacks
Overhead tricep extensions
Skull crushers
One handed overhead tricep extensions
Dumbbell Exercises for the Chest and Back
-Chest
Chest press
Dumbbell flys
Front press
-Back
Bent over rows
Dumbbell rows
Dumbbell Exercises for Legs and Calves
-Legs

Lunges
Squats (Different variations)
-Calves
Calf raises (every angle)
Dumbbell Exercises for Shoulders and Traps
-Shoulders

Shrugs (Front, side, and behind the back)
With this many dumbbell exercises, you will be more than able to cover the entire body for a proportioned and muscular physique.
