I want to share this lower ab workout with you all because for a long time i had it all wrong. Putting pressure on the hips probably does not feel wrong, but i will assure you that once you try my new technique, you will be getting those extra reps in.

I really have no name for it, it is just a basic lower ab workout with a small twist to keep the pressure off of your hips.
good tip.. it works.. now i need to know how to get the most out of my arm workouts
