How to lose weight quick and easy


I know i am constantly talking about gaining muscle mass, bodybuilding, and gaining weight so i decided i would take a good amount of time to create a great post for those that are trying to lose weight. Being over weight is a huge issue for a lot of people and everyone is always trying to find a way to lose weight. Instead of selling you some workout plan, i will simply explain things to change in your diet and in your daily activities that will help drastically when losing weight.

-Drink water throughout the entire day. I recommend about 8-10 glasses of water a day. Always have a nice tall glass of water as soon as you wake up. This may be one of the most rapid weight loss tips.

-Have organic foods in the morning for breakfast. I suggest things like apples, bananas, tomatoes, carrots, wild smoked salmon, etc.

-Walk a few times a week. Does not necessarily have to be power walking, just walk for about an hour on each of those days. You will start seeing a change in yourself within the first week.

-Another big thing is dinner, try to have dinner about 4 hours before you lay down at night. I recommend making your last meal low carb and high protein. Your body will not store protein as fat therefor theres no fat gains while u sleep.

-Keep yourself busy, find hobbies. A lot of time boredom becomes a cause of eating.If you are serious about losing weight then you have to stop yourself from making those wrong diet decisions.

-Eat slowly so that you can get a feeling that you have had enough food and your are full. Eat slowly and fully enjoy the taste of your meal.


Follow these healthy living habbits and you will see a drastic change in your physical appearance wich will ultimately help your self esteem and feeling good about yourself. We cant be happy in life if we are not happy with the person we are. Hope you enjoy and feel free to ask any questions.

Theres no foods that increase meyabolism, the trick is to eat more meals during the day, this will increase it naturally. I would say eat about 6 meals a day and include catabolic foods, copy and paste the link to the list of those foodss http://www.musclemonsters.com/2008/11/foods-that-burn-fat-catabolic-foods.html

Ok So I'm a little confused at this statement. Would you mind explaining why a high protein meal before bed would not be stored as fat. I've always hear that your last meal should be light. Thank you.

Simply because protein does not store itself as fat in your body. Low carbs because carbs will turn into fat. Its that basic

i have tried this and i have lost 20 pounds im peeing every 10 secs tho lol go go fruit and water :D i more or less just replaced my Soda with water. thanks for the tip mate.

i drink too much pepsi and i just stopped drinking pepsi like its my 2nd day i ll try this i cant eat veg bcoz i am non-veg i am 12 my weight is above 60 i am worried plz can any1 tell me any other tips to get thin........tell fast i mean i need it now i am really worried

The girl who said she drinks a lot of pepsi:
Just because your weight is 60 or above, does not mean you are fat. Muscle weighs more than fat.
I dont know your body build, so im going to assume you are chubby.
Firstyl, get your bottom off that chair lol
Just go for a short walk, DRINK DRINK DRINK, and have lots of rest. There is no cheat.
Its self-determination.
Eat HEALTHY foods and try to lay off tat pepsi.
I know its hard, but thats all there is.
No tricks, jsut self determination. Tell me how you go.

seriously i never new that your body does not turn protein into fat...
and i have a question... if your body does not turn protein into fat then how come on canada's food guide it says only to have two servings of protein/day.

and umm too the pepsi girl too... your 12 and r u over 60kg or 60pounds?
Anyways stop drinking pepsi. rite now! i used to drink a can of pepsi everyday and stopped and i know i lost body fat.
and try to exercise a little, walking will help and dancing/sports will help to.
Remember if you are worried about your weight do not eat junkfoods ever! and eat whole grains,veggies and fruits.
Drink water too.

All of these will help =D
