The only supplement a skinny guy needs to gain muscle mass

Model Released Weight Training

When it comes to gaining muscle mass the fastest way possible, you have to make sure you are eating enough calories to keep your body in a muscle building state. To help you keep your body anabolic, you only need one supplement to help you gain the muscle mass you want. It's called a protein drink.
Protein drinks are by far the most valuable supplement and the only supplement you really need to take to pack on muscle. You can take other supplements, but protein is the king of supplements.

There are all types of protein supplement drink powders, but as a skinny guy you want to buy the type that has the extra muscle building calories in the mix. These are called muscle gain or weight gain powders. Usually you can find these at your local vitamin shop.

Here's the key when it comes to using protein shakes. Take them before and after workouts. These are the best times to fill your system with protein. The abundance of protein in you system will ensure your muscles are enabled to repair and heal into larger muscle cells. Once you understand this, you will have a major advantage over other skinny guys in the gym.

Here's the big secret to gaining muscle mass quicker. Drink protein shakes everyday to keep your body in an anabolic muscle building state. This is how you slowly get rid of your skinny body.

One last thing. Use your protein supplement as a supplement to your normal protein foods. It's the combination of good protein foods and protein shakes that will give you the best muscle building results.

How soon before your workout should you take tie shake? Wont you feel full of water in yuor stomach? get cramps or anything? Or even feel bloated?

Do you need to workout your stomach then go do cardio ni order to lose some of the fat from the stomach?
My stomach size has been the same even after doing cardio for months, so just wondering if i should add some stomach exercises or will cardio alone with diet help lose the fat?

Question number 1

I would take the shake about 45 minutes prior to your workout to give yourself time to digest. This will help avoid feeling nautious.

Questions 2

You do not have to do stomach workouts to lose fat in the belly area. Spot reduction is a myth and does not work. if you want to reduce fat in one area, you must just reduce your body fat in general.

I think you issue may be in your diet. its hard to say considering i have no idea your eating habits or what you consider a cardio workout.

Just a tip, if you want to maximize your fat burn potential, perform your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

Would you also recommend doing strength training on an empty stomach in the AM as well, or only cardio?

I would NOT recommend strength training on an empty stomach. Cardio only, performing your ab exercises on an empty stomach in the morning is also beneficial when burning fat and building your abs.

Thanks for the reply in regarsd to the cardio in the morning.
When you say cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, do you mean right after we wake up?

I woke up this morning and in 15 minutes was on my way to the gym which is 3 minutes away. Did my ab exercises, then did cardio.

I feel pretty good, but is this what you meant? Is it ok to drink water when i wake up? Or will eating and drinking something defeat the purpose of doing it on an empty stomach?

I read that when you wake up your body is in a mode where it will only burn off mostly fat when cardio is done on an empty stomach...

Yeah that is exactly what i meant. Water in the morning to keep you hydrated is definately recommended. Thanks for reading, if you have any more questions please feel free.

When eating big, do you eat to the point you cant eat anymore? or just until you're full?
Protein although is liquid, it does tend to fill up the stomach...
