Since this is a mass building routine, it is important that you perform 6-12 reps per exercise. Start off with 3 sets each and add one every week until you have reached 5 sets per exercise. Once you have reached the 5 set per exercise point, focus on increasing your weight and decreasing your rest time in between sets.
